Their line-up is always good and at least at par, if not better, than other good London agencies… The pictures are mostly accurate, albeit sometimes old or glamourised… but not much more than with other agencies. The person who replies mails is reasonably quick and always very precise and straightforward; however, the 2 (if not more) receptionists are often clueless: don’t know about the (confirmed) bookings, about any requests made, about exact schedule, etc. Nothing dramatic (there are worse receptionists in London) but, given LPM’s relatively high prices, one would expect a more reliable and consistent service. As said earlier: their portfolio makes that I will use them again! |
